Canada Goose
I joined Canada Goose to lead the exploration of experience design for new retail concepts, supporting the brand's transformation into the luxury space. Over time, the role has evolved to encompass leadership across initiatives such as launching Canada Goose Generations, the brand's first re-commerce platform; shaping strategies for luxury retail service and ceremonies; and building the company’s loyalty practice from the ground up.

I led TKEES’ transition from a thriving e-commerce and wholesale business to a physical retail presence as Head of Retail, then expanded my role as Director of Marketing & Retail. I spearheaded the launch of their flagship store in the Miami Design District, developed a scalable retail strategy, and later led a team of marketers to define the core consumer—fueling influencer marketing growth, driving significant revenue increases, and bringing to new products to market with multiple sell-out campaigns.

When I joined Mejuri my primary focus was to bring the digitally native brand into the physical world. As the leader of the Offline & Retail team, I developed a retail strategy that resonated with its core customers and redefined how jewelry is experienced and purchased. This included the launch of their first permanent stores and 40+ community-driven events, creating meaningful connections through immersive brand experiences. My foundational work included store experience design, real estate roadmap strategy and establishing in-store piercing service—which has become a defining element of the brand.

During a time when digital marketing was still emerging and brands questioned the influence of social media, Source Metrics, a tech startup and web app, brought clarity by visualizing social media performance and growth. As Director of Marketing, I led the platform’s evolution from a social media analytics dashboard to a tool that tracked clicks, conversions, and sales for e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retailers.
